Evergreen Bankya was acknowledged as the best in Luxury residential construction in an eco-environment nomination. The XIII edition of LUXURY Property AWARDS 2023 took place at Hyatt Regency Sofia hotel on October 9. The event was organized by Global Leaders international cooperation platform. Sofia mayor Yordanka Fandakova received an award for the new metro station at Obelya quarter of the capital.

Also, among the guests were prominent representatives of Bulgarian business associations and companies, including Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Tsvetan Simeonov, Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria (CAB) Chairman prof. Borisval Borisov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber Ilian Terziev, Chairman of the National Construction Federation Georgi Grigorov and others.

The award for Evergreen Bankya was received by Adva-EU directors, Pyotr Dvoryankin and Evgeny Sokolenko. «In Evergreen Bankya people will live like in a private house, enjoying fresh air and activities associated with nature. But at the same time is will be a beautiful modern residential complex with all the handy infrastructure typical for a city. I think that this project will transform the way people think of their lifestyle in Bankya», says Evgeny Sokolenko. «Our complex offers unique two-story maisonettes. This way, our clients will have all the advantages of a two-story country house: they will have mountain and hill views from their windows, and they will have access to an outdoor pool. But it is the complex's maintenance service that will take care of all routine matters. Our buyers only have to enjoy their life», says Pyotr Dvoryankin.

Evergreen Bankya is a luxury 4-building complex located in Bankya, a small bath & SPA resort town half an hour away from Sofia city center. The complex features a closed car-free territory, a swimming pool and breathtaking views towards Vitosha mountain and the untouched nature of the surrounding hilly countryside. The complex enjoys close proximity to all the health, educational and transport that Bankya has to offer. And if this is still not enough, Sofia is just a short drive away. The complex is being built using the most up-to-date construction standards and only top-quality materials, from Kaparol / Baumit insulation to Kone elevators and six-chamber Rehau / Thyssen glazing.
