Such projects are going to transform residential areas to the better», says Evgeny Sokolenko. «It is important that new construction project like our Festival offer new standards for energy efficiency and quality standards. Our cities and their residents are going to benefit from these improvements as the living environment in residential areas is getting more eco- and people-friendly», says Pyotr Dvoryankin.
Festival is located in Lulin-5 district of Sofia. It offers the convenience of a mature residential area with its shops, schools, kindergartens and sport facilities. Still, it is a level up in life quality, as modern construction standards offer a cosy, more energy efficient, eco-friendly and budget saving lifestyle. The building will be offered with a white box finish, enabling new owners to move in their apartments in a faster and more economical way. The building features 12-cm layers of Caparol / Baumit thermal insulation and Rehau / Thyssen six-chamber glazing, improving energy efficiency. Also, most of the terraces will be glazed for added comfort and coziness.
