Investment and Construction Company Presents a New Residential Building in Varna

August 9, 2022 – Investment company ADVA-EU has unveiled a new project in Varna — the Evergreen-4 residential building, which incorporates ADVA’s best construction solutions together with advanced ESG innovations.

The Evergreen-4 building relies strongly on a set of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) technical solutions designed to reduce electricity costs and ensure a higher level of sustainability. Thanks to its thermal insulation, high-quality window systems, and centralized water-heating system, the investment and construction company will seek an A-class energy efficiency rating for the building.

The water-heating system consists of vacuum-tube solar collectors and enamelled double-coil Sunsystem boilers installed on the roof. These technologies support an intelligent, future-oriented urban lifestyle, providing a convenient, safe, and long-lasting user experience.
