We take care of our residents, and we regularly organize yoga programs by the pool at the Evergreen residential complex in Varna. We believe that’s a perfect opportunity to improve your health and wellbeing with our professional instructor, the author of the unique program “Healthy Back + Figure”! The program combines the best practices of yoga, Pilates, and calisthenics while incorporating plenty of modern discoveries in the fitness field.
